DMCA Policy

At StudyQuell, we deeply respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our community of educators, students, and creators to do the same.

Because we operate a platform where users can upload study materials, articles, and educational content to earn revenue, we have a strict policy against copyright infringement. Even though we manually review every single post before it goes live to ensure it is original, not AI-generated, and non-copyrighted, we recognize that mistakes can occasionally happen.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Studyquell in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the guidelines below to submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice.

1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must send a written communication to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes all of the following information:

• Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identify the Original Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list.
• Identify the Infringing Material: A clear description of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific URL(s) or exact location on Studyquell.com where the material can be found.
• Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can reach you.
• Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Statement of Accuracy: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. How We Handle Takedown Notices

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, Studyquell will take prompt action. This includes:

• Immediately removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
• Notifying the content creator who uploaded the material that it has been removed due to a copyright complaint.
• Pausing or revoking any monetization (CPM earnings) associated with the infringing post.

3. How to File a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you are a Studyquell creator and believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification (e.g., you actually own the rights or have fair use justification), you may submit a Counter-Notice. Your Counter-Notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Send your Counter-Notice to the same email: contact@studyquell.com. If a valid Counter-Notice is received, we may restore the content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complaining party files a court order against you.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We want Studyquell to remain a high-quality, trusted educational hub. We do not tolerate intellectual property theft.

In accordance with the DMCA, Studyquell has adopted a strict Repeat Infringer Policy. If a user repeatedly uploads copyrighted material without permission, we will permanently terminate their account, ban them from the platform, and forfeit any pending CPM earnings or monetization privileges.
