Welcome to StudyQuell. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our educational platform, accessing learning materials, purchasing premium content, and uploading content as a creator. By using StudyQuell, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Registration

Some StudyQuell features require an account, including uploading content, accessing certain premium materials, or participating in creator monetization.

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and our platform rules. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent may be required for purchases or monetization.

2. Learners: Content Access and Purchases

StudyQuell provides educational articles, notes, study resources, and other learning materials.

Free Content: Free resources may be used for personal educational purposes. Redistribution or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law or the applicable content license.
Premium Materials and Memberships: Certain resources may require payment or an active membership. The price, access period, and applicable conditions will be shown before purchase.
Payments: Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their terms.
Refunds: Refund requests will be handled according to the displayed purchase terms and applicable law. Digital purchases are not automatically non-refundable where a refund is legally required or the stated service has not been provided as promised.

3. Creators: Content Uploads and Approval

StudyQuell welcomes students, teachers, and other contributors who wish to share useful educational content.

Content Review: Submitted content may be reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee approval or publication.
Original Work: You must own the content you upload or have all necessary rights and permissions to share and monetize it.
Plagiarism and AI Content: Plagiarism and misrepresentation are prohibited. Any restrictions on AI-generated or AI-assisted content will be communicated through our creator guidelines. Creators must follow those guidelines.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting it, you grant StudyQuell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote it as needed to operate and provide the platform, subject to applicable law.
Content Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not violate others' rights or applicable laws.

4. Creator Monetization and CPM

Eligible creators may earn revenue through StudyQuell's CPM (cost per thousand views) monetization program, subject to the program rules and eligibility requirements.

Eligibility: A post or creator may need to meet the view, quality, account, or other eligibility requirements shown in the creator dashboard or monetization guidelines before earning begins.
CPM Rate: The applicable CPM rate and the views that qualify for earnings will be communicated through the platform or its current monetization rules. Rates and eligibility may vary where the program rules allow.
Valid Views: Only views recognized as valid under StudyQuell's monetization rules qualify. Bots, automated traffic, click farms, deceptive refreshes, and artificial view inflation are prohibited.
Earnings and Payments: Dashboard earnings may be estimated, adjusted, or withheld when required to investigate invalid traffic, refunds, technical errors, or suspected fraud. Payout eligibility, minimum thresholds, timing, and available methods are governed by the published payout rules.
Fraud and Violations: We may investigate suspicious activity and restrict monetization or suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or a serious policy violation. Any withholding or forfeiture of earnings will be subject to applicable law and the published program rules.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users and creators must not:

Use StudyQuell for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
Upload infringing, plagiarized, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass platform security or payment systems.
Use bots, automated scripts, or other prohibited methods to manipulate traffic, engagement, or earnings.
Scrape or systematically collect platform content without permission or a lawful basis.
Spam, threaten, harass, or abuse other users.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or rights to content.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

StudyQuell respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on our platform infringes your copyright, contact us with the relevant details and evidence so we can review your request. Please include the affected URL, a description of the copyrighted work, your contact information, and any information reasonably needed to assess the claim. We may remove or restrict access to material where appropriate. Any formal copyright notice process will be subject to applicable law.

7. Educational Disclaimer

StudyQuell provides educational information for general learning purposes. We aim to maintain quality, but we do not guarantee that every article, note, answer, or resource is complete, current, or error-free. Users should verify important information against official syllabuses, textbooks, examination notices, and other authoritative sources. Content supplied by independent creators remains their responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StudyQuell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that restriction, StudyQuell will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use, third-party content, or temporary service interruptions.

9. Suspension and Account Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal compliance, or a violation of these terms or applicable policies. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Decisions concerning unpaid creator earnings will be handled under the published monetization rules and applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our services, policies, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of StudyQuell after updated terms take effect is subject to those changes.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to applicable laws. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or other competent authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
