• No AI-Generated Content: To preserve human expertise, we do not accept content generated entirely by Artificial Intelligence. Your submissions must be your own authentic work.
• Content License: By uploading content, you retain your ownership rights. However, you grant Studyquell a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and monetize that content on our platform.

4. Creator Monetization (CPM Model)

Studyquell rewards creators for their valuable contributions through a CPM (Cost Per Mille) monetization system.

• The Initial Milestone: To qualify for monetization, a creator's post must first generate an initial milestone of 500 to 1,000 organic views.
• Earning Revenue: Once the initial milestone is reached and monetization is enabled, you will earn a fixed CPM rate for every subsequent 1,000 valid, organic views your content receives.
• Strictly Organic Views: All views must be from real human users. The use of bots, click-farms, hidden iframes, or artificially inflating your view count in any way is considered fraud.
• Penalties for Fraud: If we detect artificial view inflation or copyright violations, we reserve the right to instantly disable your monetization, forfeit your pending earnings, and permanently ban your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

As a user of Studyquell, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or hack our security features or payment gateways.
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract content from Studyquell using automated scripts.
• Harass, abuse, or spam other users in comments or messages.
