પાણી, ખાંડ, ઓક્સિજન - નીચે દર્શાવેલ તાપમાનોમાંથી પાણીની ભૌતિક અવસ્થા કઈ હશે ?
(a) 25°C (b) 0°C (c) 100°C - નીચેના વાક્યો પાછળ બે કારણો આપો :
(a) પાણી ઓરડાના તાપમાને પ્રવાહી સ્વરૂપમાં હોય છે.
(b) લોખંડની તિજોરી ઓરડાના તાપમાને ઘન સ્વરૂપમાં હોય છે. - 273 K તાપમાને બરફ તે જ તાપમાને રહેલા પાણી કરતાં વધુ ઠંડક ઉત્પન્ન કરે છે. શા માટે ?
- ઉકળતું પાણી અને વરાળ પૈકી દાઝાવાની ક્ષમતા કોનીમાં વધુ માલૂમ પડે છે ?
