1. પૃષ્ઠફળ (Surface Area) ના સૂત્રો
સમઘન (Cube)
લંબઘન (Cuboid)
- સમઘનનું કુલ પૃષ્ઠફળ = 6l2 (જ્યાં l = બાજુની લંબાઈ છે.)
- લંબઘનનું કુલ પૃષ્ઠફળ = 2(lb + bh + hl) (જ્યાં l = લંબાઈ, b = પહોળાઈ અને h = ઉંચાઈ છે.)
નળાકાર (Cylinder)
- નળાકારની વક્રસપાટીનું પૃષ્ઠફળ = 2πrh (પાયાનો પરિધ × ઉંચાઇ)
- એક છેડેથી બંધ નળાકારનું પૃષ્ઠફળ = 2πrh + πr2 = πr(2h + r)
- બંધ નળાકારનું કુલ પૃષ્ઠફળ = 2πr(r + h)
શંકુ (Cone)
- શંકુ માટે: l = ત્રાંસી ઉંચાઇ, h = ઉંચાઇ, r = ત્રિજયા છે. l2 = h2 + r2
- શંકુની વક્ર સપાટીનું પૃષ્ઠફળ = πrl
- બંધ શંકુનું કુલ પૃષ્ઠફળ = πr(r + l)
ગોલક (Sphere)
અર્ધગોલક (Hemisphere)
- ગોલકનું પૃષ્ઠફળ = 4πr2
- ખુલ્લા અર્ધગોલકની વક્રસપાટીનું પૃષ્ઠફળ = 2πr2
- બંધ અર્ધગોલકનું કુલ પૃષ્ઠફળ = 3πr2
2. ઘનફળ (Volume) ના સૂત્રો
- ઘનફળ :- પદાર્થમાં રહેલા દ્રવ્યના જથ્થાને તેનું ઘનફળ કહેવાય.
- એકમ રૂપાંતર:
- 1 મી3 = 1000 લીટર
- 1000 ઘનસેમી3 = 1 લીટર
- 1 ઘનમીટર = 10,00,000 ઘનસેમી3
- સમઘનનું ઘનફળ = l3
- લંબઘનનું ઘનફળ = lbh
- નળાકારનું ઘનફળ = πr2h
- શંકુનું ઘનફળ = 1/3 πr2h
- ગોલકનું ઘનફળ = 4/3 πr3
- અર્ધગોલકનું ઘનફળ = 2/3 πr3
