(12) પાઘડી એટલે શું?
Ans: અપેક્ષિત નફા કરતાં વધુ નફો કમાવવાની ધંધાની પ્રતિષ્ઠા મૂલ્ય એટલે પાઘડી.

(13) પાઘડીનું મૂલ્યાંકન એટલે શું?
Ans: પુનર્ગઠન સમયે મિલકતો અને દેવાંના પુનઃમૂલ્યાંકનની સાથે પાઘડીનું જે નવું મૂલ્ય નક્કી કરવામાં આવે છે, તેને પાઘડીનું પુનઃમૂલ્યાંકન કહે છે.

(14) પાઘડી એ કેવા પ્રકારની મિલકત છે?
Ans: પાઘડી એ ધંધાની બજારમાં પ્રતિષ્ઠાનું મૂલ્ય દર્શાવતી અશ્ય મિલકત છે.
